Avaya

Comlink Telecommunications services all models of Avaya systems. Avaya is a leading provider of communications systems and software for enterprises, including businesses, government agencies, and other organizations. Avaya offers voice, converged voice and data (such as telephone, voice mail, and video conferencing systems), customer relationship management, messaging, multi-service networking and structured cabling products and services. ComLink Telecommunications services all models of Toshiba Telephone Systems – from the ancient Strata III to new CTX PBX’s. We also service all of the Toshiba lines of Stratagy Voice Mail Systems. All of out Technicians are Certified on the entire product line.

Cabling & Network Setup

Our technicians are certified on the installation of fiber optic cable. We do cabling jobs of any size using CAT3, CAT5e, and CAT6e voice and data cables. We specialize in the design of patch panels which allow you to move voice extensions and network connections with ease – saving you money on service calls.

System Warranty

For all equipment installed by ComLink, the warranty is one year for parts and one year for labor beginning from the date of installation.

Customer Training

ComLink will work with you to determine the best training approach for your employees.

We will provide in-house, hands-on training to suit your needs. Manuals and quick reference guides are included with installation. System administrative training is also provided so that you can make your own minor changes to your phone and voice mail systems.

Service Request Promise

We will respond to Emergency calls defined as a loss of 50% or more of voice mail or a 50% loss of incoming or outgoing service within two hours of notification, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will respond to all non-emergency service calls, "on average," within the same day or next day during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, except for delays due to causes beyond reasonable control.

Maintenance Agreements

Maintenance Agreements can be purchased after the original warranty period has expired. Maintenance service covers malfunctions within the customer-owned system that affects its normal performance, but not the cost of additions, moves, changes, modifications, reprogramming, relocations and/or removals. Parts used in repairs will be new/refurbished or used as available and will be delivered expediently after being received from the manufacturer.
